Definition
Hemp flower is the smokable bud of hemp varieties bred for high CBD and low THC content.
Visually similar to marijuana flower, hemp flower contains under 0.3% delta-9 THC and is non-intoxicating. It's smoked, vaporized, or used to make extracts.
Smokable hemp flower is restricted or banned in some states (Indiana, Louisiana, others), even though hemp itself is legal. Always check state law before buying smokable hemp products.
