Shipping
- Free shipping on orders $99 and over (USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days).
- Orders under $99: $8.50 flat shipping (USPS Ground Advantage).
- Orders are packed and shipped the next business day from our Cincinnati facility.
- Tracking number emailed the moment your label is created — usually within 24 hours of payment clearing your Square invoice.
- We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not currently available.
Returns
We stand behind our products. Here’s how returns work:
- Unopened products, in original condition, within 30 days of delivery — full refund of the sale price.
- Opened products — reach out. If it didn’t work for you or something seemed off, we’ll usually offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. We handle these case-by-case because no two situations are the same, and a one-size policy ends up unfair to someone.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or was the wrong item (in which case we cover everything).
Damaged or wrong items
If your package arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, email us within 7 days at [email protected] with a photo. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
Lost in transit
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days after shipment, reply to the tracking email or write to us. We file the carrier claim ourselves and either resend or refund — you don’t deal with USPS.
