Free shipping on all orders within the continental US.

• Orders under $150: USPS First Class Mail (may require signature)
• Orders $150 and over: USPS Priority Mail
• Orders over $250: signature required upon delivery
• Priority / Priority Express upgrades available at checkout for a fee
• Please allow one business day for order processing

International: available with an additional three-day handling period. botanCBD is not responsible for orders held at international customs at the country of destination.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

• Unopened products in original condition: full refund of the sale price
• Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise
• Opened or used items: partial refunds or credits evaluated case-by-case
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
