Hemp Seed Oil
Definition
Hemp seed oil is pressed from hemp seeds and contains essentially no CBD or THC. It is NOT the same as CBD oil.
Hemp seed oil is a culinary and cosmetic ingredient, similar in function to flaxseed oil. It's rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and has a nutty flavor.
Confusion is common because some products labeled 'hemp oil' are hemp seed oil with no CBD. Always check the COA: if a product doesn't list cannabinoid content in milligrams, it's probably hemp seed oil. CBD oil should specify mg of CBD per bottle and per serving.
