Batch Number

Each production run of a CBD product is tested independently. The batch number printed on a bottle should match the batch number on the corresponding COA, letting you verify exactly what's in YOUR bottle — not a generic claim about the product line.

A batch number is the code a producer assigns to one production run. A per-batch COA, when a brand publishes one, is the lab report for that run. A single report reused for every run does not identify one bottle.
