Tier is set by points earned from purchases and birthday rewards. Points you earn from reviews add to your balance but do not move your tier — otherwise one photo review would buy permanent status.

How do I earn points?
Every paid order earns 1 point per dollar of the order total, multiplied by your tier: 1x at Sprout, 2x at Steady, 2.5x at Devoted, 3x at Family. Approved reviews earn points too.
What is a point worth?
100 points is $5 off. You redeem at checkout in 100-point steps, and points can cover up to 50% of your subtotal after any discount.
Do points expire?
No. Points stay on your account until you spend them.
Do I need an account to earn points?
Points are recorded against the email you order with, account or not. To see them or spend them, sign in with that email — we send a one-tap link, there is no password.
Does redeeming points drop my tier?
No. Your tier is based on the points you have earned from purchases and birthday rewards, so spending points never moves you down. Points from reviews add to your balance but do not count toward tier.
How does the birthday reward work?
Add your birth month and day on your rewards page. On that date each year we add 200 points to your balance and send you a note. One birthday reward per calendar year.
Do subscription orders earn points?
Yes. Every subscription delivery earns points the same way a one-time order does, on top of the 40% subscribe-and-save price.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are set by points earned from purchases and birthday rewards: Sprout at 0, Steady at 100, Devoted at 500, Family at 2,000. You move up automatically on your next order after you cross the line.
