7 Best Broad-Spectrum Oils vs Gummies
How we ranked these
Ranked broad-spectrum (THC-free) CBD oils as alternatives for shoppers who prefer oil over gummies. Weighting: dose control (25%), flavor you will take instead of candy (25%), per-mg vs a typical gummy (20%), testing (20%), onset honesty (10%).
We did not rank gummies. We ranked oils that beat the usual gummy trade-offs — pre-set milligrams, slower onset, isolate, sugar — for people who want those trades gone. That is a preference, not a clinical claim.
Competitor prices are the August 24, 2026 figures already verified for our flagship list. We did not re-scrape living gummy prices; typical gummy economics are described in ranges, not invented SKUs.
Scores on this page are our own editorial ratings of other brands, judged on the criteria below. We don't rate our own products — where botanCBD appears you'll see its verified-buyer rating if it has one, and no editorial score in the ranking either way. Early customer reviews shown elsewhere on this page are labeled as such.
- ✓Broad-spectrum (THC-free) oil — not isolate candy and not a full-spectrum surprise
- ✓A graduated dropper so you can do 5mg or 25mg, not only 'one gummy'
- ✓A flavor that replaces the reason people bought gummies (taste)
- ✓Better per-mg math than a typical 10mg gummy bottle
- ✓A per-batch COA, not a nutrition-facts panel
The ranking

Broad-Spectrum CBD Oil 1,500mg (Mint or Lime)

Most gummy bottles lock you into 10mg pieces, a 60–90 minute wait, and sugar. botanCBD's 1,500mg broad-spectrum is the other aisle: 50mg/mL, so 10mg is a few drops and 25mg is half a dropper, held under the tongue for about a minute. Mint or lime is the reason former gummy buyers actually finish the bottle. THC-free. $70, or $0.047/mg — a typical 30-count 10mg gummy bottle is a worse per-mg story even before you count the candy. Email the batch number, matching PDF the same day. We do not make a gummy. If you want candy, this is the wrong page.

“I was buying gummies because I hated hemp taste. Lime oil ended that. I can do 8mg on a workday and 20mg on a Sunday.”— Pete D.Summarized from customer feedback themes — not a word-for-word quote from one review.
Joy sells both oils and gummies. We are ranking the oil. USDA Organic, verified THC-free, flavors that hold up. $62.97 for 2,250mg ($0.028/mg, August 2026). If you already like Joy's gummies and want the same brand in a dropper, this is the clean-label switch. The ceiling still stops at 2,250mg.

“I started on Joy gummies. The tincture is the same brand without the sugar.”— Yana A.Summarized from customer feedback themes — not a word-for-word quote from one review.
Charlotte's Web is a gummy brand in a lot of heads. Daily Care is the oil. It is full-spectrum, so it is the wrong switch if the reason you wanted 'broad-spectrum gummies alternatives' was THC-free. Brand recognition is the reason it stays at three. $214.99 for 6,000mg ($0.036/mg, August 2026).

“I bought the oil after years of their gummies. I did not realize Daily Care was full-spectrum until I read the COA.”— Janet R.Summarized from customer feedback themes — not a word-for-word quote from one review.
Medterra's isolate tincture is the conservative chemistry if you wanted CBD only — the same single-molecule idea as most gummies, without the sugar. U.S. Hemp Authority. Around $40 for 500mg on our last under-$40 pass. Useful if isolate is the point. Not the default switch if you left gummies because you wanted a plant profile.

“Isolate oil was the compromise occupational health would hear. It still is not a gummy.”— Jenna R.Summarized from customer feedback themes — not a word-for-word quote from one review.
If you left gummies for per-mg math, Lazarus is the spreadsheet winner. $40 for 1,500mg (August 2026). Full-spectrum, so not the broad-spectrum column, and Classic unflavored is the taste that sent people to gummies in the first place. Their THC-free option is isolate. Buy Lazarus if money is the reason you are done with candy.

“Gummies were costing me a fortune at 20mg a day. Lazarus oil fixed the math. Taste is the tax.”— Carl M.Summarized from customer feedback themes — not a word-for-word quote from one review.
CBDistillery's 500mg broad-spectrum at $27.99 is a cheap oil switch, and they publish COAs. Flavor is the reason a lot of their customers bounce back to gummies. If you can live with a flat oil, the per-mg beats candy. If you cannot, mint or lime from a different brand is the actual alternative.

Bluebird's Hemp Classic is unflavored, full-spectrum, and $49 for 1,500mg on our August 2026 pass. It is the philosophical opposite of a gummy: plant taste, plant profile, no candy. That is either the point or the reason you will not finish it. They also sell a THC-free line we have not independently ranked for flavor.

The bottom line
If you want an oil instead of gummies, you want dose control, a faster onset, no sugar, and a flavor you will take. botanCBD's 1,500mg mint or lime broad-spectrum is the switch we recommend. Joy if you want USDA Organic in the same brand as their gummies. Lazarus if the spreadsheet is why you left candy. We do not sell gummies, and we are not going to pretend oil is a medical upgrade — it is a different format with different trades.
FAQ
Are oils better for you than gummies?
They are different. Oil is faster, more adjustable, and usually a better per-mg buy. Gummies are pre-measured and easier to take in public. Neither treats a disease. Pick the format you will actually use.
Why don't you sell CBD gummies?
We would rather sell a flavored oil than a sugar delivery system. Mint and lime exist so the taste objection has an answer that is still an oil.
Most gummies are isolate. Is your oil isolate?
No. Our THC-free oil is broad-spectrum — other cannabinoids stay, THC is removed. Isolate is a third aisle. Read the COA.
How do I match a 10mg gummy with oil?
On our 1,500mg / 30mL bottle, 10mg is about 0.2mL — a few drops. Hold it under the tongue for about a minute. That is a starting point, not a medical dose.
