This has changed since our last pass: Lazarus no longer stops at organically-grown hemp. Their tincture line is now sold as Organic CBD Tincture and carries USDA Certified Organic status through Oregon Tilth, on hemp they grow themselves in Central Oregon. At $0.020 per mg it is also the cheapest organic pick here by a wide margin.
