Most first-time buyers start with the 500mg. A full dropper there is about 17 mg, so the usual 10–25 mg starting amount is roughly half a dropper to a full one — easy to measure while you are still finding your number. Natural has no added flavor at all — what you taste is the hemp itself, which is grassy and a little bitter.
